Become a supplier for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Central Directorate for the Material Development of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is responsible for the development, modernisation (improvement) of material resources and property in the areas of clothing and food supply, the fuel and lubricants service, the engineering and infrastructure support service, military insignia and commendations of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Armed Forces.

How it works

The supplier (manufacturer) submits an electronic application and relevant annexes to the Central Directorate for the Material Development to participate in the procurement process. The set of documents is preliminarily verified, and a decision on the submitted application is made.

The original application is registered. The Technical Committee of the Central Directorate for the Material Development processes the original documents and verifies the sample standard.

The Technical Committee of the Central Directorate for the Material Development prepares the Certificate of compliance or non-compliance of the sample of material property item, which is issued to the representative of the supplier (manufacturer), after verifying the documents and the sample standard within 5 (five) working days.
